These realtors are by far the nicest most caring that I have ever met. Mike hughs, one of the realors, has helped me on a few of my purchases. He helped me from beginning to end. He works hard for his money and will find you your dream home in no time.I dealt with an agent for my last purchase. He helped me find my deam house. He took me looking at various homes that met my price range and my needs. We finally found the home of my dreams in the matter of 2 months. He was great with everything from showing the house to settlement. He even helped me get hooked up with a great mortgage company who approved me in no time.

Don't be fooled by what they say in their website, the apartments they rent can be quite old and dirty. One good thing is that the workers there have been pretty friendly. I live at university city and I have signed a contract with them out of desparation. Basically I live with 4 other people, have the worst room in the house and am paying 465/mo for it. The house is so old and dirty that there are holes in the ground, lots of shabby parts, broken windows here and there. For their prices, I could have gotten much better deals if only I knew. Unfortunately I had no opportunity of touring my options before I agreed...
