When i initially contacted this palce, I didn't get a call back and was a little angered by that but after talking with the recptionist, I found an agent who helped me buy my home. The agent, Francie is really great. She is always easy to reach and always calls me back in a reasonable amount of time. She is patient and I highly recommend HER to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house. In my transaction, she was both the buyers and sellers agent and I feel she acted as professionally as possible in that situation. Thier office is located on Frankford Ave. Parking isn't that bad in the evening, but if you go in the early, mid, or late afternoon, be prepared to search for parking or park illegally. The parking is the only downside in my opinion.
