It's now over a month after my engagement and I STILL do not have the ring. This was after the salesperson assured my fianc???? if I didn't like it just bring it back and we'll switch out the setting.
Guess what? That??????s not possible. They have to BUILD a whole other ring. After 3 weeks it finally comes in she emails me (which I never got). No call, no follow up call. NOTHING for a week; until I emailed HER to check on the status. Her response the new ring is here. No urgency, so concern, nothing????????????again. My engagement has quickly become the worst experience of my life because of her miscommunication, misinformation, and inability to have any understanding of any words that come out of my mouth. I can almost guarantee that ??????my ring?????? will not be correct. Do you blame me Steven Singer?
And please do not respond to this with a request for me to email you at info@stevenstinger.com. I have no desire to do that since I??????ve already been dealing with ??????customer service?????? and they assured me they would contact me every step of the way to make me aware of the whole process when for the last 3 ???? weeks NOT ONE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME PERSONALLY. I really do hate Steven Singer.

went into there store after visiting two others, first one i liked the designs but when i told them i wasn't interested in a diamond band, i got a ohhhh, i see answer. that p....d me off.
went to the second jeweler, mw, a long established company had beautiful items and designs, when i told them i didn't want a diamond band, the hummmmpf, then after that a quick brush off and here is a card to you can take with you, didn't even hand me a card.
we both were kind off burnt out, having been at the home show which was terrible and 45 minutes at the previous stores, then took a flyer at steven singer. we are in our late fifties and it was a more modern, less stuffy approach, newer music that we didn't care for too much but appreciated the offer of a homemade cookie and water etc.
the young woman did a nice job of telling us about the rings, didn't give me attitude like the other two well know stores when i told her a diamond was not in the program.
we ended up after 45 minutes liking a style, remarkably, and then had some dinner. we both spoke at dinner how much we liked the experience at the S.Singer store.
the jewelry designer introduced himself to us and told us that he could make anything we want, if we didn't like , he would resize it or re-do.
i liked dealing with the store, i give the salesperson credit for trying for a soft close but it was not pushy.
we haven't made up our minds yet as we have about 8 months before the wedding.
if you are little older like myself, get passed the music and the age of the representatives
. i believe they manufacturer beautiful jewelry and they will stand behind their work with excellent after sale service .

They pride themselves on excellent customer service, but what you get it is a bunch of young proffesionals using used car salesman tatics. They will say just about anything to win your business. Even lie. I have been buying jewlery for my wife for many years and this place is by far the worst I have experienced in a while.
If you are thinking about shopping at Steven Singer, take a small test, and you will see what I see. The moment you walk in the door, everyone will be eyeing you up, and looking at you as a sale and not a customer. These Steven Singer employees will have the same look in their eye, as if they have not sold a piece of jewlery in a week, and they need your sale, to keep their job or something. They are completely transparent. they will try and distract you with food, drinks, etc. Try and stay focused because you are their to buy a pieces of jewlery, so dont buy in to their markeing efforts and one liners.
I prefer, Robbins diamonds across the street, but they can be a bit more pricey when dealing with jewlery other than engagement rings. it seems to be that they have higher quality pieces then Steven Singer. but this is all my opinion though.
good companies do not boost about customer service, Steven Singer has to bosst about it, because its not good, they want to trick you and decieve you so you come into the store. In my opinion that is why their main radio ads are always about Customer service and how relaxed you will be shopping their.

This place is a joke, please do not do business with Steven Singer Jewlery.
there are plenty of jewlery stores along jewelers row that can assist you ten times better than Steven Singer while offering a wide selection
the only thing Steven Singer does well, is they do a good job of advertising their horrible business model.
dont be fooled, you deserve a better experience, amd treated with more respect.
don't buy into the hype!!!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a specific designer engagement ring that I had to have. Well, walking into Steven Singer Jewelers was a waste of time! The salesperson kept giving us a song and dance about how they manufacture rings for the other jewelers, and never got around to saying We don't have it I never saw any designer jewelry, after 45 minutes my head was spinning. I was so disgusted by that place I felt like I needed a shower. We walked across the street to Robbins, and in 2 minutes they show me the ring that I wanted! It was such a difference in atmosphere and professionalism. I got my ring and I love it. Bottom line, if you want a mall ring, go to the mall and you'll get out faster. If you want nice designer jewelry, don't even waste your time going to Steven Singer.

We had gone to another jeweler nearby Steven Singer to buy an anniversary ring. The customer service was only okay and we did return the ring, because I was not happy with the way it looked. We went over to Steven Singer and the customer service was just remarkable. Lanny was able to find a beautifull anniversary ring and have it sized in just under two hours! I would highly recommend Steven Singer, wonderful customer service experience!

I recently purchased an engagement ring and had a wonderful shopping experience. Shanna helped me pick out the perfect ring. I came in having an idea of what I wanted, she was able to show me a few options. When I didn't find exactly what I wanted she was kind enough to arrange another meeting the following week where she brought in exactly what I was looking for. The ring is gorgeous, I ended up staying within my budget and she even went the extra mile to ensure that I got my diamond a week earlier than expected...during a Phillies parade and everything!! Great customer service great follow up after the sale and great product. Go in and ask for Shanna.

I went to Jeweler's Row on a Sunday to look for an engagement ring. Since a lot of stores were closed I only went into this one because they were open-certainly NOT because I heard anything good about them and I was right. I felt like I walked into a CIRCUS. It was so loud in there I couldn't hear myself think. Sales person did not even introduce themselves to us. My boyfriend told sales what price range we were looking. She began showing us settings and stones and we were there for over 45 minutes looking at rings before she even gave us a price $1,000 OVER our budget. On top of that they showed me white gold; I wanted yellow gold and told me they would have to order it. Sales asked some clown that worked there when they would get the yellow gold in and he started pressure us to make a sale. The sales lady that was helping us disappeared without saying a word. The clown wanted to know what could make us a customer tonight. I told him nothing would. First, I told him you don't even have it in stock, Second, it is way over our budget, and Third don't pressure me. So what does this clown continue doing, PRESSURE, PRESSURE, PRESSURE. He said he could bring the price down-I thought I was buying an engagement ring-not a used car. And to top this off-talk about shady, I was told if you have your ring shipped out of the state of PA, say to a friend or relative in NJ - you save Sales Tax. I'm sure the government of PA would love to here that. Why would I want to ship MY engagement ring to someone else?
I walked out and you shouldn??????t even walk in. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. What a joke this place is.

I should have read the reviews on this place before setting foot in the door. I went shopping for a diamond, and felt like I stumbled onto the Wildwood boardwalk. I was waiting to hear watch the tram car please! It is a carnival like atmosphere, cheesy salespeople telling stupid jokes, and everyone is drinking alcohol! I never saw any nice jewelry, so after trying to leave they practically tried to tackle me on my way out the door! Do yourself a favor. Read the reviews and don't bother with this place.

My fiance used Steven Singer Jewelers for my ring. Knowing that the engagement was coming soon, I had printed out multiple pictures of rings that I would like. Of course, my favorite was a beautiful diamond ring that looked like a tulip. The petals were lined with diamonds and the center diamond sat in the center. Well, this was apparently a custom peice, that retailed for over $8,000! For the ring alone! We're in our mid 20's, so my fiance did not want to spend much more then that on the whole ring. Well, Steven Singer Jewelers not only made the ring, but made it in our budget of $8,000... including the diamond! It was an engagement ring miracle. My fiance was sooooo happy. They kept him informed every step of the way. Steven Singer's staff really knows how to make things happen, and gets you what you want for the budget you want. I honestly get turned on when I look at my ring! It's so amazing... I'll be using them for my wedding bands, thats for sure!
