I was at my wits end looking for a doctor that would help me and be on my side. I had tried several at other local and highly reputable hospitals and always left feeling invalidated and rejected.
Dr. Podolsky listened to me. Which is something I felt no one else was doing.
My procedure/surgery was so quick and had no drawbacks whatsoever. To be honest not a week goes by that I don't want to thank him for being progressive and professional. I'm so glad he was there, and lucky I found him.

I had to have complete reconstructive surgery on both of my feet. I had my right foot done in November 2005, and my left foot done March of 2007. I HIGHLY recommend these doctors, they are compassionate and excellent at what they do. I had issues since I was six,and went to approx. 50-60 doctors looking for answers. I got the answer I needed the 1st time I went here. Unfortunately, it took 18 years for me to find it. Dr Downey and Dr Shannon rock!

I have been using a certain pain killer for a long time. They did help but I wanted to see if there was another answer besides drugs. Luckily my insurance agreed to pay for therapy. Therefore i came to Penn Center for Pain Management. The therapists really helped me tremendously. I learned different techniques on how to manage pain. The exercises were very beneficial. The odd thing is that i feel better using therapy than drugs. I was here for 3 days a week for two months and i feel so much different,

The Animal and Bird clinic of south philadelphia is a good place to take your animals for their annual checkups. THe waiting time is a bit long but its worth it once a year. they do all the procedures needed and the cost is also very minimal. The vets are very friendly and my dogs like viisting her.

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is a very good academic hospital located in Center City, Philadelphia with good access by SEPTA near 10th and Walnut St. It is busy as a city hospital, but overall, you receive good quality care from well-skilled physician and nursing staff. They have a very strong orthopedics department as well cardiac. They have various outpatient centers nearby as well for patients.

Many institutions that offer care for older people are cold and heartless. However that is not the case at Community Care of the Northeast. The nurses and other staff are skilled and caring. They are not neglectful in anyway. In fact they enhance the lives of the people the care for. Running up and down the halls a smile never leaves their faces. The prices are fair but even if they were higher i would still use this place. The meals are also well thought out an notorious.

After going to several optometrists, I finally found a great one. Dr. Toscani is very personable and has a great attitude. She made me feel comfortable and the eye exam was quick, but thorough. The front desk staff were friendly and made me feel like they appreciated me as a patient. My 17 year-old daughter said Dr. Toscani and the front desk staff were very nice to her. The staff at the eyeglass counter are always friendly and helpful when we are picking out glasses. If you are looking for a good optometrist at a convenient location..........THIS IS IT.

The optometrist at this location is extremely knowledgeable and has a great chairside manner. He made me feel very comfortable during the exam. He was very thourough and he found a malignant tumor in my eye. He sent me straight to the ER at Wills Eye Hospital where I had the tumor removed. Now 6 months later I am doing great, I am in remission and I owe it all to him.

This dental practice has a staff of various dentists and hygienists. They honor appointment times: I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my check ups. The waiting room is spacious. More importantly, the equipment looks new and maintained and the hygienist do a thorough job getting your teeth cleaned. Only downside is that they always offer the $25 remineralizing teeth treatment that is not covered by insurance.

I contacted Atria regarding assisted living facilities for someone in my family. I had lots of questions and the admissions rep was very kind to not make me feel rushed or wrong to ask so many questions. She was very helpful and even told me she would do further research on some things for me to aide me in calculating finances and whether the facility would be feasible or not. I was very impressed so far just with the phone call I made.
