Rebecca arranged for a Sunday brunch after my daughters wedding. The wedding was at the Chestnut Club and we stayed at Club Quarters. The brunch was upstairs in Davio's private room (beautiful) From the "fresh squeezed" orange juice, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, potatoes (amazing), pastries, etc., it was just incredible. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end a perfect wedding. Thank you all so much.
Pros: wonderful
Cons: none

My company booked the top floor of the Davio's building for a corporate event this spring. We did a three course meal with wine pairings, and it was a smash success. The wines were fantastic, as was the food and the service. There's a roof deck where you can have guests mingle outdoors, which is great when the weather's nice. This is a pricey place, but we were quite happy with how they pulled off our event.

With so many Italian restaurants to choose from, this is definitely on the top of my list! The pasta is so fresh, very simple good Italian food very reasonably priced!

My mom and I were staying in the Club Quarters hotel attached to this restaurant a week ago and decided to have a meal at Davio's. Reading the reviews we were ready to have a great meal. However, our evening began with a waiter telling us "Bread is in the oven for you." and after a couple of minutes having a basket of cold bread put on our table. We then ordered two different appetizers- a salad and their signature dish - Phillie Cheese Steak Spring Rolls. The salad was listed as having green beans in it- there was one- and the spring rolls would have been a perfect addition to the menu at FRIDAYS. We had two different pastas - Tagliatelle Bolognese which was served with approximately two pounds of meat some of it ground and some of it not and overall a dry and unappetizing texture, and Torchietti, Chopped Clams, Artichokes, Fresh Arugula for $25. This is a lot of money for pasta and clams so I expected the dish to be amazing- the artichokes tasted like they came out of a jar and there was about $3 worth of clams in the dish. Not to mention that the added shredded carrots to the dish, I am guessing for color, which did not add to the taste.
This restaurant was a waste of a meal, not to mention a huge dent in our pocket book.
Cons: Over priced mediocre food

We went with friends to Davio's on restaurant week, expecting wonderful food, etc. as we had heard so many good reviews about it. We were very disappointed. First, the restaurant was very noisy and the waiter was very loud. The food was mediocre and the portions were small. We assumed the smaller portions because it was restaurant week. We found Davio's not a good value for the money, as it is pricey. We would not go again.
