This place is the absolute best for concerts. They're small and the people who go are usually die hard fans and its not dumb to be there. They sell cheap stuff from the bands that play, and have tons of informational phamlets in the back for free. It's great if you ask me. Not to mention there's a Wawa down the street so you can grab a bite while you're there. Perfect.

The Wilma Theater without a doubt produces the best productions in the city. They don't bother with the same boring productions (like "Sound of Music") that every other theater in the country puts on. They give the new and unappreciated playwrights of the world a chance. It makes you discover that just because the play isn't as well known, doesn't make it a bad play. Just an unappreciated play. If nothing else the first two productions of this season have proven that.
Pros: excellent productions, new and exotic plays, close parking
Cons: the lower rows on the, aisle are bad seats, sightline-wise

I was strictly a NYC girl. My best friend kept raving about Walnut street theatre in Philly. I did give it a chance - impressed is not enough of a compliment!!! The show was incredible= the costumes, the set designs. We had great seats. Beauty and the Beast - the transformation into the prince- how did that happen right before my eyes?!!! Everybody - check it out - go in for a show here - you have a wide variety of restaurants to do dinner too.........the only thing was - the parking lot is not big enough ..........but since the show was sooo good - i didn't mind!!

Cheereleaders is hot. The girls who dress up as cheerleaders are the hottest but really it's just a strip club you can watch the game at... and isn't that all men really want anyway? I know it is for me. The beer is expensive - what place isnt? - but it's well worth paying it because the girls are just really that insanely hot. I mean, come on, a cheerleader giving you a lapdance while you watch footbal!!

[Correction: Tenth Church (PCA) is located at 17th and Spruce Streets 19103.] Great church, i feel welcome, i can come and go as a stranger or get super involved. i understand the sermons. it's very applicable, seems like a very artistic AND intellectual church. ive met doctors and designers, rich and poor, young and old, single and married, -- ALL types.
my observation is it's not a place of perfect people or parading as such, it's a place of folks wanting to get better--at least, that's why im there...
and people come from all over to go here, i think it is the most active most attended church in all the city.

Came here with a bunch of co-workers for Happy Hour & had such a great time that I didn't leave until 12am!! Great Happy Hour specials but also a bunch of specials that run all night so amazingly I left Rittenhouse with some money in my pocket. Crowd was fun and there were a bunch of young professionals to talk/flirt with so I was happy!! Jukebox selection was perfect & the menu was simple but satisfying. I will definitely be back to Drinker's in the near future.

The Art Museum is a wonderful place to visit. They have top notch exhibits and the artwork is amazing. There is so much to see and take in here that you could easily get overwhelmed. The staff is friendly and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about pieces and such. A great place!
