Gravena Ceramic Tile is one of my favorite places when shopping for tile. I was so sick of finding the same old tile everywhere I went, so Gravena was like a breath of fresh air. They have so many different and beautiful tiles to pick from, everything from granite to ceramic. They have tiles for bathrooms, kitchens, walkways, backsplashes, and floors. The store is nice and fun to browse around, and the staff is accommodating. Parking is also good.

Nasty owner. Had stopped by a few times (worked with the wife, nice enough) and chosen granite. Were to stop by with my designer to make the final selection, and choose tiles. Did not really need any help from them, and was just going to look again and place the order. Made a courtesy call before the trip and the owner (Joe) went off on me on the phone b/cI did not have an appt. He was verbally abusive and harrassed me (my designer heard the entire conversation). He basically told us that we could not walk in as we did not have an appt. I almost got to the point of begging and as I become nicer and more desparate he becam nastier. he said "I don't know how else to tell you this, if you come in it won't be a happy experience" I have never met him or worked with him. That call was my first encouter with the MR. I am so glad it happened, as I certainly did not want him to go psycho on me when he showed up for templating. But then again, he may have never showed up anyway!!!!
I subsequently find a great place for granite. Nice people and great remnant selection, ASCO in Exton. Go there instead.
