The tellers are very friendly and helpful and the place is always very clean and well organized. They always have forms in stock. Plus they have ATMs all over the place which is very convinient. They also have branches in a number of grocery stores in the area. Their online banking is very simple to use and you can look at scanned copies of your checks online.

I always used to go here for my breakfast. I liked their hot chocolate and their prices too. They have tons of varities of what to buy. Its better than a WAWA or 7-eleven. Plus its located inside of Sunoco, so you can fill up Gas and get energy for your body too. Its a great place and in a great location and the staff are very helpful.

I began banking at this particular branch after they had switched from a First Union branch to a Wachovia branch. My old Washington Mutual that I had used in Florida was just to far away and there were many First Union banks in the Philadelphia area.
I didn't open my accounts at this particular location because I never did notice it until a month or so afterwards. Being that it was right around the corner, I felt stupid that I had not noticed it. This branch is located within the Roosevelt Mall shopping center and always seemed to be busy no matter what time of day. The drive-through was always quick and efficient. They had two ATM's available, one drive through and the other was a walk-up.
Whenever I had the need to go inside, they employees were always friendly. They greeted me, took care of my transactions quickly and wished me a good day. The inside of this branch was always clean and well maintained, even when they were remodeling the front doors. Instead of closing the branch to remodel and making it incovenient for the locals to travel elsewhere, this branch opened up their back door to escort customers through. I think that shows a lot about their customer service.
The only drawback is that this location only has hours from 9-3pm during the week. Though they do stay open until 6pm on Fridays, which is good for those that get paid then. They are also open on Saturday from 9-12pm.
Overall, I would recommend this branch and several others in the area, along with several branches in the Florida area that I have used since then.
PROS: great customer service, well maintained lobby, good location
CONS: hours during the week

Wachovis Bank N.A. has proven to me time and again how unimportant, as a customer, I am to them.
When I first opened my checking account they forgot to place my order for checks. When I called and asked about them they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pay a fee for fast delivery of the checks that they forgot to order.
That was just the beginning. After about a month of being with them they changed the policy of placing payroll checks in my account as cash. Even though my paycheck is drawn on a Wachovia account I must now deposit it on Friday and wait until it clears on the following Tuesday to have access to my money. So I figured that I would just cash my paycheck out and then deposit the cash. No problem right? So after cashing my paycheck I was told I would have to go to the back of the line to make a second transaction. I contacted the main office via email and recieved a letter stating that I am entitled to two transactions at the window. When I replied and asked why I was told to go to the back of the line I recieved the very same letter back in reply. I did'nt even warrant a personal response, Just a form letter.
BTW. The business day ends at 2:00pm at Wachovia so even depositing cash I still have no access to my money until the following tuesday because I cannot get to the bank until 4:00pm
The transaction reciept as well as the online banking are confusing as well. There is a heading called Available balance DO NOT BELIEVE THIS HEADING. Twice I was charged overdraft fees because of unavailable funds. When I complained about it I was told that just because my reciept and the online banking says the fund are available it does not nessesarily mean that they ARE available.
I will be going to another bank from now on. Bye Bye Wachovia.

The first time I stepped into this bank, it was 20 mintues since opening and of the three people ahead of me only one had been seen. It sppears they only had one representative to assist those of us that signed in for services. I went to another branch of PNC and there I waited about a half an hour before someone assisted me and all I wanted to do was open a bank account.
As I was talking to the rep about the account, he discussed some of the fees which in my opinion are high and outrageous. He calims their fees are low for this geographic area. He wasn't very professional and I would not trust this bank with my life savings.
Unless you pay for one of their high/expensive chking accounts, you are only allowed to use $1,000 of YOUR money per day for visa/debit transactions using your visa/debit card.
I could go on and on, but the fact remains that the service is crappy and I don't recommend you go here unless you have to.
