Ling also makes the best iced coffee. She's a little older woman and I always request her services when she makes my iced, double espresso with boba (tapioca balls).

If you've been in Philadelphia's Chinatown recently, you know that bubble shakes are very popular nowadays. The Hong Kong Bakery is my personal favorite spot to get my bubble drink fix. They charge only $2.50 per shake, which is $0.50 cheaper than other shops, and they use real fruit! (Beware: Some other shops use artificial flavorings that taste horrible!) They also have a decent variety of little snack cakes (priced around $0.60), and Chinese treats. Everything seems fresh; new stock keeps coming out. My only complaint is that during peak times the shop gets crowded.
