I am so glad my Target card came today, Friday, December 22. I think it was so nice fo them to order the cards before Christmas and give us a chance to use them. Thus, I will be using mine tomorrow (Sat). Judy's Book continues to impress me and to try and get and KEEP new members. They seem to realize their mistakes and correct them or either not make them in the first place. I am grateful for the card. 15 reviews are not that bad, and they usually go fast if you are in a writing mood. Thank you again, Judy's Book!

I am not a fan of Cleanscapes. I work for a church that, like the rest of Shoreline, used to be serviced by Waste Management. Our garbage load really varied, and with WM we enjoyed the ability to call for a pickup when necessary. With Cleanscapes, garbage HAS to be picked up weekly - we are just supposed to alter the size of our receptacle to fit our needs. Oh yeah, and recycling service is "free" (read: included in the garbage service fee). OK, not a huge deal. Now, due to financial difficulties we have been on credit hold for the past 3 months or so. However, Cleanscapes has continued to charge us for service...even though we aren't receiving any. The response I got was "We are still obligated to collect payment as per our contract with the city of Shoreline. I believe their thinking is that because you still have our carts and the account is still open we should still receive payment." This is not just poor business practice, it is criminal.

I actually bought from the one in Bellevue, but there are plenty of stores in this area. They have a great selection, and I like them because you can bargain on the final price. Unlike a retail store like Best Buy, they are more dependant on your current and future business, and will work with you to make you a "deal". I have been perfectly happy with my purchase from there, and it was really a great price. Much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. If you don't like Video Only, you may also want to consider Magnolia Hi-Fi. They aren't as specialized and typically a little higher in costs, but similar in nature.

I recently went into Pierced Hearts to get my nose pierced. I was really scared but the fantastic body piercer Terrie walked me through the whole ordeal. She showed my tons of different types of "studs". I had a hard time picking because there was so many! After I finally made up my mind, she had me fill the basic release form and then she thoroughly went over aftercare with me. I felt very informed. The piercing was quick and only felt like a pinch. Pierced Hearts is the place to go!

I have worked with Lupo's Professional Window Cleaning Service several times over the past year and a half. They have been extremely responsive, on time, very reasonable prices and very clear quotes. I have felt comfortable with not only having them do my windows but also my roof, as well as cleaning decks, driveways, patio's etc.
I highly recommend working with them.

I've worked with Motionspace on a couple different projects. I always found them to be very creative - I'm often amazed at the ideas they come up with. I certainly would not have thought of them. In the end, the project turned out great, and I really couldn't imagine it any other way. It's like the design they came up with was just seemed 'right' for me, my family, my house. They helped me find a great contractor and then helped throught the construction process to be sure things were done right.

One of the best places in town to get your shoes, handbags and other leather goods repaired. Been using them for years. Good old fashion honest folks that doesn't penny pinch you with surcharges. Friendly and very easy to talk to. Many times, I would walk out of there with repairs costing less than $2. That is amazing for day and age. And if he thinks something is not worth fixing, he'd tell you straight up. As he says, he'd love to take my money but if he was in my shoes, the fix ain't worth the cost of fixing. All of our neighbors go to them exclusively as well.

We cannot describe how rudely we were treated by several employees of Milliman including the most vocal, Veronica Cano. She has spent hours trying to undermine small businesses in the area and is very unprofessional in the manner she spreads lies about her clients and vendors. We don't know what inspires such rude and nasty behavior, the conclusion we came to is that Milliman in Seattle offers a bad work environment which seems to spawn this type of rudeness. We feel very unhappy and cheated by our experience with these folks...all in all take your business elsewhere...or ask not to have any contact with Veronica.
