Stay away from Cove Bridal!!!! Since being taken over by Nadine in 2007, the quality of customer service at Cove Bridal has deteriorated. Nadine is unorganized and rude. She blamed me for my bridesmaids dresses being too short after alterations. When in actuality, she measured the dresses herself because she forgot to tell the seamstress about the appointment that I confirmed twice. Planning a wedding is stressful enough. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Cove Bridal.

I shopped at the Cove Bridal in February and my experience was wonderful. Mrs. Nadine was helpful and if there was a problem she made every effort to assist me. My bridesmaids gowns were ready in a timely matter. No one is perfect and we have to realize when we are preparing for our weddings that we as brides can think everything should be done like yesterday. Even I feel victim to being labeled BRIDEZILLA but, when it all said and done everything was great and thanks to the assistance that Mrs. Nadine offered it was done perfectly. The prices are very affordable considering the location, and the selection rates better than David's Bridal. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a bridal gown, mother dress or bridesmaids dresses. They also have accesories so I had an exceptional experience. Thanks Again, J. Milano

I recently had to take my daughter out to find a Prom dress. I was scared that I couldn't handle it. Ms.Nadine and the staff at The Cove Bridal Salon made it easy and enjoyable. I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from Nadine at Cove Bridal. It was a horrible experience. After I confirmed fittings more than once, when we arrived, the seamstress was not there to measure the girls (twice). Nadine accused me of not having an appointment, even though I confirmed it with her the day before. After the dresses were altered, two of them were too short for my bridesmaids. Luckily the dresses were two pieces and material could be added to the waist of the dress to lengthten them. I was completed unsatisfied with Nadine. She made the two weeks before my wedding so stressful. When I voiced my concerns about the dresses with her she was very confrontational. I do not recommend Cove Bridal to anyone.

I love the Cove Bridal & Dress Salon. I have visited David's Bridal and it was the absolute worst dress shopping experience ever. It was a complete breath of fresh air to go to Cove Bridal. Mrs. Nadine the new owner is so helpful. She is absolutely honest about what looks good on you and what does not. She makes you feel so comfortable in the store. She respects your need to look around and does not hassel you to make a decision or pick out a dress so quickly. As a result I purchased my entire wedding parties' gowns there and my own. I am currently living in Atlanta, GA and traveled all the way to Pennsauken New Jersey to purchase my dress and my girls' dresses. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my decision. They not only have gowns but, she also has beautiful accessories and even wedding favors. I would encourage anyone who wants a memorable experience in a loving and caring atmosphere to go to the Cove Bridal Salon.

This shop is located in a convenient location. It is privately owned and operated so you don't have pushy sales associates helping you make poor decisions. The owners are very nice, and will help you make choices that are right for you. They will not pressure you in to buying something you don't want. They have been in the business for over 25 years, and it shows with their professional attitude, and good customer service. I've never heard of a bad experience with Cove Bridal. They understand that it is YOUR special day.
