Howard Hill sells mostly unfinished wood funiture at great prices. They have a huge selection and all of the furniture is hand made and solid wood. You can get a ton of great stuff at a fraction of the cost if you are willing to paint or stain the pieces yourself. They have everything you can imagine, tables and chairs, dressers, entertainment centers, etc.

Jo Skymer Lighting is the best independent lighting store around here if you want good quality fixtures at low prices. You can find every type of lighting, from outdoor wall sconces to chandeliers to ceiling fans. They frequently run and advertise sales of 40-50% off everything! That's when you find some real steals on brand name lighting. I bet you could find something cheaper here than at one of the big box chains. The service is very pleasant and not pushy. They will help you if you ask. Parking is never really an issue, but please be advised that the entrance and parking is on a side street and you will easily miss it if you don't pay attention on the road.
This shop, however, I must warn you, is not exactly on the right side of the tracks. The building is nondescript and unassuming. Its neighborhood is not the best. But that's how you get good deals.

Began shopping for a table with an oriental design. Had never heard of Definer's until I went to yellowpages.com. Went to see what they had to offer and left with several things... and will be going back for more. Wonderful products and things that inspire oriental design ideas. Worth the look!

I am a long time customer of this store. I grew up near here and always went for my slurpees. I still go here and the owners now have been there 5 years and this store has never been better. They remodeled, and it is family owned and operated. They do have outside of the family employees too. I like how clean it is, and that they keep the coffee bar clean and stocked. They call you by name when you come in and when you check out. They do not sell gas at this location though.

We were looking for a jacuzzi a while back and we tried this price. They had a few nice models on display and the salesman was pretty nice. i have to say that they did not strike me as a great discount place. As we shopped around we became even more aware that their prices could be beat! We also noticed that many of their pool items and outdoor furniture items were nice, but that they were no real savings. Prices are average, shop around, you might save here, but we found better prices elsewhere!
