My husband, myself and our daughter have been eating at Cozumel Grill at least once every 2 weeks since they opened.
In my opinion they are the best Mexican restaurant in the Birmingham area.
Great service and excellent food!!!

We were there last week when the Health Dept inspector came in and gave them a 98 score. After the inspector left the scene, the staff was all ticked off with one of their people who left the lid open on th dumpster - causing their scroe to be reduced from 100 to 98!
We eat out in the Pelham/Alabaster area at least 3 nights per week and Cozumel is by far the cleanest place we frequent.
Also, their staff are so very friendly and caring. Their smiles are very contagious.
By the way, they offer "Free Margueritas Tomorrow" !!!

My husband and I stopped at this store on our way to the coast. The menu choices were many, the facility clean, the staff friendly and competent. The manager even came to our table for a personal greeting--not one of those fakey how is everything stop. The yeast rolls are too yummy and they keep 'em coming. Our dinner salads were delicious and the chocolate cake is THE best. Our server made sure ours was warm. YUMMY!! You must check this location out.

Can I just say that I LOVE Mcdonalds salads. I go to McDonalds about 3 times per week at lunch and never once feel guilty because I am eating the best meal ever. I am on Weight Watchers and doing very well at it and have incorporated these salads into my weight loss. The salads are very weight loss friendly and the salad dressing that I use is extremely weight loss friendly.
The item that I eat is:
Grilled Chicken Caesar salad with Light Balsamic Vinegarette dressing by Newmans Own.
Give Mcdonalds a try...for those of you that always compain about Mcd's....try the salad for a change.

We have a little local pizza restaurant called Patera's Pizza and Subs. This is a little restaurant in a shopping center that is not the busiest in the world but the food at Patera's is fantastic. My personal favorite is the Italian Sub. They have a little restaurant in the front and a gameroom in the middle and a large meeting space in the back but games throughout.
Patera's is a great place to eat and they have WONDERFUL lasagna and pizzas too.

Great southern food served with a smile. Cafeteria style selection allows you to build your own home cooked meal with fast food efficiency. Abiance is lack-lustre however the quality of the food and the friendly service more than makes up for it. If you go on Sunday - get there at opening to beat the throngs of Church folk.

I am one of those who doesn't even like the sight, much less the smell of seafood, so when my husband asked me to go to Ezel's for dinner one night, I was real skeptical. The thought of this experience was surely going to make me nauseous. Boy, was I ever surprised!From the moment you drive up and see this quaint building sitting on the banks of the creek, you are relaxed. You walk in to a great waiting area that has plenty of seating and a lot of items on the wall for you to enjoy. And this is just the beginning!We were fortunate to be seated next to a window that overlooked the creek that was running nearby, which was so relaxing! Our server came right over to our table, brought our menus, took our drink orders and then before we knew it, our appetizers were there!All I can say is YUM! From the slaw, to the hush puppies to the main course, it was all wonderful! My husband had the catfish filets and they even looked good to me. As an avid chicken fan, I decided to be bold and try something new, so I went with the stuffed crab. It was wonderful and has forever changed my thoughts on seafood! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's not too far away and the atmosphere is one of the most relaxing I've experienced in a long, long time.
