This company had 25 complaints in 3 years, many are not on the site we called and verified these complaints. They gave us an estimate and it was lower than some other companies, but our job was complicated, so we were not just looking for the lowest but rather the best option. We told them we were getting more estimates, the sales person had something negative to say about every company that we were getting to estimate our home. To the owner, customers do not like people knocking the competition. Especially when the one knocking has the most BBB complaints or in this case the most to hide. Maybe you should spend some time explaining to your employees that is not professional. The whole experience made us nervous.

When we bought our 1st house, the carpet and linolium tiles came from Riverchase Carpet & Flooring. The selection was decent, various styles & colors, the showrooms a little crouded. But it was clean. Prices were generally competitive for this field. We were reasonably pleased with our purchase. However, as opinion it seemed this company's allegiance is specifically to builders who partner with them for new developments. It wasn't apparent whether this affects the individual customer, or not.
