Ordered fuel online 9 days ago and still nothing but empty promises from them about when it will be delivered. 2 trips so far for $100 of diesel fuel just to be able to keep my house at 60 degrees until they get here. Obviously I would take my business elsewhere if they didn't already have my money. Terrible company. more

Bad delivery service 1/8/2018

I ordered my fuel on a Thursday through there online app it's going on a week now and still waiting. When I called them they told me they can't give me an exact date but to go buy diesel from a gas station and put it in my tank. It's frustrating it didn't take them this long to get there money that's instant btw don't bother with emails they just ignore them you have to call several times to finally reach someone more

backed down on his offer... 6/21/2007

in june of 06,his gas station got flooded,and i got "watery"gas,it ruined my vehicle,(app.$2400)worth of damage. At first,he said no problem,take it to his mechanic,(yeah..."his" mechanic),well,mine was on vacation,so i figured i would,and he said theres nothing wrong with the gas,ok,finally got it towed to my guy and there was about 2 gallons of water in the gas tank,well,santarelli said,its not his problem and told me to leave,after multiple calls to him and my lawyer,it wasn't financially possible for me to pursue this.,so KEN.......HAVE A NICE DAY. more

.the most unpleasant experience to do business with this company. I fill sorry for people who have no choice then deal only with this company. I bring this company behavior to my friends attention at LUKOIL management in Moscow, Russia more
