I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Etter for 14 years and he is absolutely wonderful. I trust him, and that is an invaluable quality in a doctor (pet or human!). My dogs have only been seen by Dr. Alexander a couple of times, but I like him as well. His staff is always friendly and efficient and I especially love the wonderful Lisa who knows my dogs and me by name and greets us like old friends every time we come in.

This veterinary office is located on Mountain Road in Pasadena. We’ve been taking our dog there since we brought her home. She was a rescue dog and they were very helpful in helping us complete the necessary paperwork and provide advice on making the transition to our home easier for the dog. They’ve been great with routine heath check-ups and visits when she’s been sick.

Upon looking around the area for a good vet for our new cat, we came across the Pasadena Animal Hospital. We were suprised at how friendly the staff was. They were all very friendly. There also wasn't this big commerical feel like a lot of the bigger animal hospitals. It felt very comfortable. The Doctors were great. There are currently two right now. Dr. Etter who owns the pratice has been in bussiness for a long time, and Dr. Alexander who is new to the pratice is great as well. Nobody tried to show anything down our throats like those places often do as well. They did what needed to be done and only that. I left feeling very confident in their level of knowledge as well as confident in knowing i did not get ripped off. They are great.
