Reading some of the reviews, I wonder what they consider as great food? Comparing the food here to Denny's is, frankly, absurd. Marston's food is utterly superb.. great pancakes, great sausages. Their service has been spotty over the years, although it's improved recently, the wait is long, and their prices are inflated, but I can't disagree more with people who say their food is mediocre. For those with the ability to discern good food, I would highly recommend this place. I can't vouch for their service, though.

I went to madres for mothers day and had a wonderful time with my family. I was very pleased with the menu selections and how tasty the food was. The restaurant is absolutly beautiful to dine in and the service was great too. I must admit that I was a little worried that the service wouldnt be as good because of how extremely busy they were. But I was wrong, the servers were so attentative and polite. I applaud them for working so hard and keeping a smile on their faces. I thank madre's for making our mothers day a memorable one.

I've been going to Raquel for a year and a half now and I cannot say enough kind things about her and BrauHaus. I actually receive compliments about my eyebrows on a regular basis (sometimes direct, sometimes "Your eyes look great, did you get new makeup...?") They treat waxing like the priority it should be, not an afterthought to other spa services. They wax, pluck, tint, dye-anything you can imagine and the results are always fabulous. I strayed once, in a pinch, at my hair salon and was miserable until things grew out enough for me to go back to BrauHaus and have the job done right. It's also just a great space with a friendly staff and awesome vibe. Go, it's worth it.

Cons: Arrive early your first time, it's a little tricky to find

I love Louise's! This had got to be one of their best locations. Its in downtown Pasadena in a beautiful old bulding at the corner of Fair Oaks and Colorado. Each time we come down here, we seek out Louise's for lunch or dinner. The food is excellent across the board and the service is consistently great as well. On top of all that - the bathroom is spotless, literally!

What a great find. This salon was found by a friend of mine who is doing some modeling work and has to keep her hair looking great. She called me after her first time there and insisted that I try it out. Honestly, I had given up looking for a great cut at a decent price but was pleasantly surprised by the job my stylist, Keya, did. He has cut may hair ever since and no one has ever done as great a job as he does everytime I am there.

All India cafe location is in the heart of old town Pasadena.I would recommend to go with friend or for casual date.we Specialy like their chicken Tikka masala and fish Tikka.All India food a soon as we walked in the door then served pleasantly greeled us and seated us because of food and service is fantastic thats why All India cafe is our favorite Indian Restaurent in Pasadena.

Birthday blues had gotten me down. Lucky for me, my friends knew just how to lift my spirits ? they surprised me with an outing to La Luna Negra. What a cute, cozy, fun place! We couldn?t stop admiring the decor, the colorful walls, the gorgeous table settings and the general atmosphere of the place. Then came the food... OMG!!! we wished it would not stop coming. Yum, yum! The hostess was very charming and humorous as well and our server was wonderful. Our mini vacation to Spain was complete once the Flamenco show began. It was one of the best birthdays I?ve had. Get in your car and check out this place tonight. Oh, don?t forget to make reservations. Parking is no problem at all.

I went there for the first time today for lunch. Like the other reviews- the decor is nothing astounding- but it is very pleasant and comfortable. THe service is friendly and efficient- and th FOOD!! Wow! I highly recommend the crispy fish. It comes in fried pieces on a bed of chinese greens. All their food is phenomenal and really pretty to look at. It's a little pricey- but really- the lunch menu wasn't any more than the average restaurant in Pasadena. (Barring the fast food places....) Go!

This restaurants is a great place for dates and special occasions for up to 6 guests at least. The place is chic and classy looking. The service is excellent. The servers are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Worth tipping and worth going back for :)))
At first glance it may seem like the food is not going to be filling. However there is a something in the menu that is an excellent deal. I forgot the name of it, however the servers are usually good in recommending this option. It comes with 3 course meal: Appetizer with cheese dipping, main entree with different type of cooking style - my personal favorite is Coq au Vin and the entree includes a variety of selection (meat, seafood etc). And of course it comes with dessert. The mixture of white and dark chocolate is especially delicious. It comes with fruits and cakes which you can dip into a rich, silky, smooth and salivating chocolate fondue. They also have a full bar. The price per person ranges from $45 above. The best deal would be the 3 course meal. Street parking is available, but limited. There is a parking structure located on De Lacey, almost by Green St - 90 minutes free.
Pros: Excellent customer service, chic spot, good food
