The last of the GREAT story time readers is here in Pasadena at Vroman's Book Store. He is only at the Colorado Blvd. location on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
I love the fact that he is a he. It's so good for my son to hear stories read by
a man.... And done so with great expression and wit!!!!
You won't be disappointed if you take your kids to hear him read. YOU will enjoy him, too. I hope Vroman's keeps him there FOREVER!

GREAT for browsing ... Thousands of books are stuffed into this small location.. Mostly used.. One can spend hours here just looking if you really love books.. You can leave with several stacks for under $20 if you look for used ones and good deals. Overall, Cliff's Books is HIGHLY recommended for any book lover.

If you're ever in Pasadena and looking for some books to read, I would recommend going here over any of the chain bookstores in the area. They have a wide variety of books, and will have staff recommendations throughout the store. I have spent hours there going through all the different rows, and spent hundreds of dollars on books I'm still trying to get around to reading. I would always browse their stationary sections as well.

I really like this neighborhood bookstore. It just has such a nice atmosphere. Everytime i walk in, i feel at home. It can get very crowded on the weekends. It can be a nice getother place for teens and adults.

i love this place so so dear to my heart. i purchase one book a month. It's my budget :( I wish i could buy more. I encourage everyone to come and support local bookstore. Take your kids, your friends, and family here sometime, you all will have a nice time.

Roger walks you through the entire process to make sure you understand every detail about getting a piercing. All jewelry is thoroughly cleaned and shown to you. He's had experience doing piercings for over 12 years. The place is extremely clean and there's even background music when you get your ear pierced. Highly recommended.

This is the mecca of shoe shopping. Row after row of women's shoes with a separate store (with a TV) make it the perfect destination for a quick browse or intense shopping. The store is self-service so trying to get someone to help you is next to impossible, but their is never a wait and no presure to buy the purple ones because they are out of black.

Love walking in here and browsing. The atmosphere here is creative -- the hold workshops and seminars on their large work table for people to create their own stationery. They have some unique cards you won't find in any Hallmark store. They also have some nice artistic books, albums, novelties and sketch/note books you can buy as well.
