This place may be a bit difficult to find in Pasadena, but it's visible and worth your drive. The portions are generous and the food always taste great. The atmosphere is very "Italian" and comfortable. It's always busy there, so it's advisible to make reservations ahead of time. I recommend their garlic bread for appetizers and if you're daring, try their fried calamari. Their calamari is spicy, nonetheless, very tasty. I also highly recommend sharing your meal and trying out different dishes in the menu with your partner(s).

Buca Di Beppo is a great place to go if you have a large group. It has such a fun atmosphere - you feel like a big Italian family sitting around the dinner table. Be sure you know that everything is served family style. Each dish is enormous and is more than enough for two people to share. A good suggestion is to let everyone pick either a dish, an appetizer, or a dessert, and then everyone can share and will get plenty of everything. A main course for everyone will be waaayyyy too much food! The food is great, and it is a great party atmosphere.

Buca Di Beppo is a great Italian restaurant with great atmosphere and food. It's an awesome place to go to with big groups like family or friends. Many people go there for birthdays and other celebrations. Their entrees and dishes are meant to be shared so they are given in huge portions. They have pasta, pizzas, and other Italian foods, all very good. The service is very good as well. It is heavily decorated with random memoribilia and pictures. It is a fun place to go to.
