This place is located near Old Town Pasadena and has the best cars ever. I've enjoyed driving by and giving dazed looks at the Porsche Carrera GT which is now sold. They also have the Audi R8 in one of the show rooms. The dealership has Audis, Rolls, Bentlys, Porsches, and Jaguars.

Given the high end cars that Rusnak sells, it's depressing that they can't carry any of that service-oriented attitude over towards their service department. The window in my car got knocked off of its track, prompting me to call to set up an appointment for 730 the next morning (when they first opened). After waiting in line for a half hour, I was herded into their (temporary) trailer office. I told the service rep what had happened, and he immediately diagnosed it as a problem that was a lot more expensive than I expected but didn't bother to give a real explanation of what went wrong. Instead, his "explanation" was pure patronizing and reflected no listening at all but rather a desire to sell and get on to the next customer. I was then directed to an adequate waiting area (nice tv, coffee & tea, but nothing to eat/ read) while my car was worked on. I was charged for 2 hours worth of labor, which consisted of taking a door panel off, changing one item, and putting the panel back on.
The repair has held up (it's only been a few days, but still), and I can use my window again, so there was some value to this. However, given the option, drive the few extra miles to a different Audi dealership.

The salesman told my wife and I the Xylon treatment and the window tint were thrown in for free. After reviewing the contract we learned that we were charged for them. Calls to the manager wnet unanswered, as well as calls to his boss for a meeting to discuss a refund.
Audi for their part said they coul dnot get involved. WOuld not buy anohter Audi or any car for that matter from them. However the service department and Mercedes Sales are good, Johnny in services is a consumate professional, and Efraim in Audi is very helpful.
Avoid Mark Umutyn and Manfred in Porsche sales will detail their lies later.

This was the most pleasant car buying/leasing experience I've had. Tricia did a great job, we were able to do most of our business through phone/fax, so the paperwork was ready to go when I got there. I'd recommend anyone in the market for an Audi to contact Tricia at Rusnak.
