Go elsewhere for a good deal. Ridiculous garbage fees. They'll seem nice at first then the slimy salesperson comes out. Don't waste your time or money just to be condescended to and given wrong information about Yamaha products. I cannot recommend this delaership but almost all dealers are this way. No wonder the motor vehicle industry is in shambles with the salespeople being a loser profession that no one trusts.
Pros: None

I brought my Honda Rebel in because the engine was dying at a half a tank of gas. It seemed like a petcock problem and easily diagnosed and fixed by any mechanic with the proper tools. This shop looked at my bike and did not find anything wrong with the petcock and thought that routine maintenance would be enough. $140 bill later and my bike died once again at the next half of a tank. I called the shop back to see what they could do for me and the answer was not encouraging. The mechanic, Tom, noted that since the motorcycle is a Honda, that they do not know enough to properly diagnose a problem like mine.
In short, if you have a Yamaha this shop might be alright, otherwise you should go elsewhere. I will not be going back to Pasadena Yamaha.
Pros: Only if you like Yamaha
Cons: Everything else

I am consistantly pleased with every aspect of this motorcycle store.
I work in a service business, so I know I'm more demanding than most. I can tell when I'm just another opportunity for the store to make money. I've never felt that way here.
Little touches from the service department, (when scrubbing the carb, they adjusted the valves and did not charge for it, is an example) are par for the course. The sales area is low pressure and interested in my preferrences.
Everytime I do business here I am impressed. Highly recommended.
Pros: Friendly low pressure sales, professional expert service. Customer focused.
Cons: None. This is a small shop, and they make it worth shopping here.

Everytime I go in here, I actually like it cause they don't bother me. The times I have gone in and needed something, like the day I was going to buy a bike, they made me feel stupid. I got attitude from the salesman Jeff Jukka so I left and bought the same day down the road.
PROS: Yamaha motorcycles are A1!!!
CONS: Make me feel special!
