Dean Price is the owner of Foothill Building Inspection and is a licensed contractor. He came to me highly recommended and I can attest to his thorough inspection of the house I eventually bought. He took his time to inspect every nook and cranny, and give me a thorough explanation of his findings immediately after the inspection, following up with a clear, understandable printed report a few days later. I have been in my house for two years now, and have not discovered any "surprises" that he missed. He is very ethical, friendly, and willing to take the time to make sure you understand everything he is doing, and everything you need to know in order to make the best decision on your home purchase.

If you are just looking to buy a frame or photo album this place is for you. Hundreds to choose from! I've never bought the art supplies but they look interesting. Professional matting and framing is very good and priced fairly. They have the largest selection of frames I've ever seen. Frames range from 2x2 to 27x40 inches in size; you also have a large selection of colors and shapes for the edge. If all their stock frames don't satisfy you, they can customize one. Service isgreat.

2 months ago, my house got flooded after a water system accident. I called this company and within 30 minutes, crews came into my house with so much equipment carried by them. They act immediately and wiped the water out of my house the whole day. They were so great that I just couldn’t believe how fast and professional these guys worked. I will always remember this company in case accidents may happen again.

The owner came out personally to accomodate my request for an appt. the same day I called. He was polite, honest and the cost was reasonable. I could only be happier with this service call if my washer wasn't beyond repair. I'd definitely call them again. Just, hopefully, not too soon.

A pane in one of our old original french casement windows (house built in 1920) was broken on a Sunday night. We taped it up and called Harry's the next day- they were very friendly and scheduled someone to come out. Service was prompt, communication was excellent (they called before they came, then came on time), and the repair is flawless. Very reasonable price for labor and supplies- I couldn't be more pleased.

I have used Doug at Kutt Ruff Plumbing several times. He is a solo craftsmen so he only promises what he can deliver. He is on time and has been fast to respond. Perfect guy for every small job, toilet repairs, faucets, bathtubs, etc. He is not a contractor - so he is great for the repair stuff do-it-yourselfers should not do, or screwed up doing themselves. Fair prices, fast service.

This store is so lovely-- lots of hip, sexy design stuff to beautify your home. Many of the objets d'art are Asian or Asian-inspired. They also have a small case of jewelry which is not badly priced. There are couches, and screens, and vases and nick knacks and just everything-- kitschy/gorgeous things abound to make your home look like something out of a magazine.
One thing that is great, tho, is that there is such a wide range of types of things at this lovely store, that even if you can't afford the 3000 tawny soft leather sofa, you can still get the charming authentic japanese tea set for 65.
