when i walked into the store i requested to see a manager, the customer service staff pointed to this very attractive lady named connie and i explained my situation. i had explained that i was a personal trainer and had recommended to several of my clients to buy this particular juicer and on my word alone they did. well as fate would have it my juicer broke down and i had difficulty trying to find assistance on line. she assured me and without hesitation that i would be taken care of and she assigned me to rick v. i gave him a brief and he kindly gave me some options, one being that i bring the juicer back and it would be replaced. you are probably saying what is the big deal. well they did not question or challenge my integrity, i did not have a reciept. and again you are probably saying what is the big deal, well it was in the spirit in which this was executed; swiftly, gracefully and with a sense of actual gradittude that they could be of service. wow!!!! i was not made to feel wrong in form or fashion, not even in the slightest. i now own a new replacement juicer. i was so moved by their expediancy, of which seemed to be their own personal mission statement, that i called several people and shared my experience. further more i do not fill out comment cards, however i was so impressed by these two people that i wrote this review. my kudos to bed bath and beyond for their hiring of connie and rick. the end

I have had the pleasure of working with three wonderful people at this place so far in my remodel. The knowledge these people carry with them about the product they sell is second to none. The sales people keep you informed during every step of ordering your products. They even deliver right to your house if needed! I would highly recommend George's for the unrivaled knowledge and amazing selection of fixtures. The new showroom is very nice too.

I like the great variety of items this store sells. They have anything you may need for the house, included oriental or european style dishware and such. they also have some good quality furniture on the second floor, like bedroom sets and couches. prices are very reasonable

If you're looking for that special tureen or maybe a Le Cruset dish in the shape of a pumpkin...You can find it at Sur La Table. I am a total foodie...I love this store. They have great cookbooks...every cooking gadget you'd ever need...or dream of. If you need a copper bowl to whip meringue, they've got it. If you need a double boiler to melt chocolate, bingo. They occasionally have cooking demonstrations and book signings. I missed Giada de Laurentis when she was here...<sniffle>. I just love this store. Did I mention I was a fan?

Since this place is conveniently located right next to the parking deck, I used to just cruise through here on my way to Old Town. It always smelled good inside, so one day I browsed around and bought some hair products. Turns out everything's made from natural and wholesome ingredients. Lather hair products now serve as an alternative to my Aveda conditioners and styling products.

Ya, they got some wicker stuff there.. and that does nothing for me, but the rest of the stuff they have is really neato mosquito!! I bought my coffee table here, I bought my dining table here, I bought my pillows here and its all great quality stuff! Check them out, and when you are there, buy me some gift certificates cause my birthday is in 5 months...

A pane in one of our old original french casement windows (house built in 1920) was broken on a Sunday night. We taped it up and called Harry's the next day- they were very friendly and scheduled someone to come out. Service was prompt, communication was excellent (they called before they came, then came on time), and the repair is flawless. Very reasonable price for labor and supplies- I couldn't be more pleased.

My husband and I decided to use Waterworks when we started renovating a bathroom in our house. Their pricing is a little on the high side, but the service and advice offered more than make up for the additional cost. If you are the type of person that wants to make every decision, then you will probably be able to go to a wholesale tile store and find what you want at less cost. However if you are busy, or like many different styles and just want some good options presented for you to chose from, then this is the place for you. Dayna was very helpful in coming up with some great solutions for our flooring and tub surround. We are very happy with her suggestions on color, style and pattern. I would recommend Waterworks to anyone that has a need for tile or stone. The convenience and service you receive is worth the extra price.

They claim to have the lowest prices in town, but that is a bit of an overstatement. Regardless, their prices -are- pretty low for quality framing. Excellent and quick service, phone friendly, staff is also friendly. I was a bit worried about leaving paintings here, but they took good care of them and the price I paid here was less than another comparable store that framed more valuable paintings. DEfinitely worth a visit for when you're shopping around for quotes on custom frames.
