Pasadena Rug Mart is a such a great place. Not only can you buy your rugs here, but you can also get them repaired and even cleaned here - the old-fashioned way BY HAND. It gets the dirt and dust out better than any machine or broom. They have mostly antique rugs but also newer rugs - I love the Oriental rugs and the European rugs and have bought 3 since discovering this place about a year ago.

I was looking for hardwood floors, but ended up leaving the store without getting much help. The staff seemed to be busy with other customers and I was look around for 10-15 minutes before anyone came over to me (even though I had asked for help). When I asked questions about caring for hardwood floors, I was given the generic "it's easy to clean" without too many additional details. The sales associate seemed to want the same more than he wanted to help. Based on this experience, I would not come back.
