(the phone above is wrong. 626.993.3673 is correct.) I bought my first car from this dealership. The salesman was quite helpful in explaining the different aspects of the purchase. Pasadena Ford is not flashy or very nice to look at in my opinion, but they more than make up for that in service. I have used their service department for recall repairs and warranty repairs and was very impressed both times with the obvious desire to serve the customer. Both times my repairs were completed within a day. Pricing seemed to be more expensive, but for warranty repairs or recalls I highly recommend this dealer.

Conviently located by the cross street of Allen and Walnut, it is a good place to go. If you got into an major accident or just minor fendor bendor, take your car to this shop to get it fixed up. not only do they fix it, but the paint job is really nice. I recently had my car fixed there, no complaints! plus next door is a mechanic, so if you have car troubles go to Genesis Motors and ask for Norton

When I shopping my new car, I try a lot of places and find that this dealer is the best in my local area. I talked with them and argued for the price, at last I get great price with great loan offer. The car is acura and it is pretty good. Ilike it very much. And also it has pretty good service, I can drop the car in the moring and pick it up in the afternoon. Since it is close to my working place, I don't have to waste time for waiting. Really suggest try this dealer if you live close to pasadena and you are a Honda fan.

I shopped around for a set of tires so I knew my choices when I called them. This is helpful as I found they *will* negotiate and match or beat any price that you have gotten somewhere else. In my case they even matched the price I got on a similar tire (but not identical) at Costco, including Costco's promotional $60 off a set. So I was happy with the price which I negotiated over the phone. When I arrived the promised price was honored and I drove out with new tires in less than 1/2 hour. They even neatly reinstalled my doughnut spare in the compartment. I'd highly recommend them.

I did not purchase my car from this dealership but I have used their service department for years. They have always provided repair recommendations that I could trust, including telling me about less expensive alternatives even when it meant sending me to another shop for radiator work. They have also been on time with repairs, given me rides or free rental cars when necessary and called me afterwords to make sure everything was working well. As usual for dealer related shops, they are not the cheapest place to get you car worked on but I appreciate the high level of service they consistently provide.

American Tire Depot is a great place to buy tires. They are cheap, very reasonable, and if you buy tires from them, they will re-align them for free throughout the duration of the tires. You just go in and ask for rotation or alignment, and they will do it for free. It's a great place for tires and I highly recommend American Tire Depot!

Honest and trustworthy mechanics are hard to find now a day’s (good luck trying to find one that wont nickel and dime you). Well, rest assured, I’m here to ease your nerves. If you own a Honda or Acura, Norton is the mechanic of choice. I’ve done business with Norton for a little over 12 years now, and never a dull moment. The work that needs to get done is done, and additional work doesn’t some how pop up out of no where. His prices are out of this world, and his work is beyond words. Honest and Loyal would best describe him.

I went here since my car overheated right on the 210 freeway, so went here to have it fixed. It turned out, the cooling fan wasn't working. They had someone drive me home, since the car wasn't fixed till the next day. That was really nice of them. My car was dine after that and had no problems with overheating again. I would recomend Gabriel's to everyone, Gabrial is a great guy.

We have been taking our volvo here for as long as we have had our car. The staff there is so nice and they make you feel comfortable. They aren't like most places because they tell you exactly what is going on with your car. Most places try and use sly words on you to cheap you out of your money or good service. Independent Volvo gives the best service without lying or trying to scam you.
