Very pleasant experience with this company! We moved last weekend and after spending hours on research mover's records online, we found this honest company. When I called sales department I reached a real live person right away and he was very nice reprehensive and very pleasant! He answered all my questions kindly and the prices were just short of a miracle. He was just so informative! Needless to say, we booked with ori van liens. They delivered prompt and well priced service and when/if we move in the future we will be using them again!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell everyone out there about how great Pasadena Moving Company was during my move from Pasadena to Colorado. My family and I decided to move mainly for my wifes teaching career but also to be closer to her family and for our love of the outdoors. We would visit every year and my wife had grown up there but I eventually loved going there as well. So I called Pasadena Moving Company because of a recommendation from a friend and I got a great first impression. I had a lot of questions prepared for the salesman before I called and even some of them worded differently just in case I didnt get the answer the first time. I basically told the guy straight up about my list of questions and he said the more questions the better! Needless to say he answered all of them with great detail and he followed them with proof on the internet of certain things such as stats and whatnot of how many moves they do in a month/year.

I have moved with Pasadena Moving many times over the years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. What I appreciate the most in thinking about it, is they have been so consistent every time I have hired them. They are consistently fast. They consistently have never broken anything of mine. The movers are consistently good and the prices, well you can’t beat them. Every time I have hired them, I am REALLY pleased with the results. There should be more moving companies like this one.

The building I moved into had a few strict rules, like no moves on Sundays, moves can be only between 9:00am – 5:00pm, elevators should be reserved in advance and a few more. So not only did I have to work hard on finding a good mover, I also had to make sure they can accommodate all these regulations. Pasadena Moving Company made all the arrangement seem like no problem at all. They didn’t have the morning available for my original move date, they were completely full and had only the afternoon, but they gave me a few alternative options, I picked the one that fit my schedule and I got a morning crew. I revered the elevators and then I found out I need a certificate of Insurance or my building will not allow my movers to work on premise. I called Pasadena Moving Company again, all worried, but they told me it is a daily thing for them. I had my building fax the requirement to them and they took care of everything without even needing my involvement. During this time I was calling Pasadena Moving Company almost daily with questions and requests and they never let me feel like it was a bother, they kept reassuring me it was no trouble at all, and promised they will take care of everything. The crew they sent me was very efficient, they came ready to work and never slowed down throughout the move. I was in my new apartment well before the deadline, and they left my building manager happy, and myself amazed and grateful.
