Good: This is truly family owned and run. I get treated like a princess every time I am in their store. They actually remember what kinds of shoes I like and will show me whats new that is my style, and I love their socks best selection any where.. Improvements: They are open 7 days a week, but I would like to see them open a few days a week till at least 8:00 pm.

Paul's looks on the outside like a regular shoe store, albeit heavy on the clogs, but they also have a full-service shoe repair on the premises, too. Their selection of shoes is great, if you like funky European brands you won't see everywhere. They've got mens and womens shoes, socks, and some really cute handbags. Not going to win any awards for low prices, but they do have sales and markdowns, which helps.

My girlfriend recently broke the heel off of her expensive heeled shoes. I decided to take it to this local shoe repair location. From the decor and the presentation of the store I had faith in their services and paid a little bit over the average amount for this shoe repair. What a terrible birthday present because not more than a week later, the heel broke again along the same seam in the shoe. Her feet were definitely not 'happy' and it was a terrible valentines day present as she twisted her ankle as a result of the faulty repair.
