Best Sushi in Palo Alto hands down. The sushi/fish is some of the freshest i have had. The quality is comparable, if not better then that found at sushi restaurants in bigger cities such as LA and SFO. In addition to the sushi, there some to be a wide variety of cooked dishes. The service was impeccable....form the management, waiters, sushi chefs, hostersts. YOu will not find the same level of service or quality of food at any other sushi restaurant in the bay area.... happy hour on the weekends tend to be busy, the quality is maintained even then.

As a frequent traveller to Silicon Valley from London; i make a point to sample the delicious sushi restaurants dotted around CA. Fuki Sushi is one I return to frequently. The ambience is stylish, calming and the waiting service is friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and well delicious - menu offers a very good selection; i remember fuki sushi "dragon" dish with fondness, yummy. Its not the cheapest sushi in town, but when eating raw fish - i prefer to pay a bit more, its worth it!

Andy Sack (Judy's Book CEO / founder) and I always try to have sushi dinner (or lunch) when we are together. Tonight - we went to Fuki-Sushi (for the third time). Yum. As usual, it was clean, fresh, fast / friendly service, in a restaurant with a nice buzz. The price was reasonable for bay area sushi and - while the dishes aren't terribly creative - there is plenty of variety. I've been to Fuki-Sushi a dozen times and never had to wait, even though by about 7:30 the place feels full. Recommended.

this is the best sushi place i've been to in the area. the sushi is just perfect. it is expensive, but not ridiculous, because you are still in palo alto, not san francisco. their appetizer menu is as large as most restaurants' main menus. they also offer some nice mixed drinks. but really, if you're going to eat at fuki, you should go heavy on the sushi because it is the best.
