Amy is a nice dentist and knows how to deal with her patients very well. Her office is nice and cozy and the staff is friendly and responsive too. It is qutie easy to get appointments and is recommended to all for their basic dental needs. Many of my friends have also been visiting this dentist and are satisfied.

I've been her patient for more years than either of us will admit.
Appointments are easy to make. She keeps her patients abreast of new developments. Service and staff are second to none. Parking is convenient and free in the City Hall lot across the street.
Although I moved out of Palo Alto ten years ago, I've never even considered finding a closer optometrist. In an era of $3/gal. regular, that alone should tell you something!

I think some of the reviews are pretty harsh. I have been a patient of The Healing Lab for more than 5 years. Yes, it is a bit pricey. But it is Palo Alto. It is expected. The result is phenomenal. My energy is better. I lost more than 20 lbs. I am happy and at ease. And my girlfriends thinks that I look 20 years younger. What more can you ask for? Especially for ladies, you want to look forever young and healthy, go to see Dr. Lee.
Pros: Phenomenal

This is a great store well located in the Town and Country village. It is one of the few reasonably priced stores in that shopping center. It has everything you would want in a usual drug store. They have been efficient and very helpful with filling our prescriptions.
PROS: Great location, helpful staff

Looks like this store has new owners and the last two reviews were from the old owners days.
I bought a pair of prescription glasses here last month and was very happy with the service and the price. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and patient. They did not try to push any particular model and were mainly concerned with how the frame fit and how it looked on me.
I am definitely going back to buy more and highly recommend them./
