this yoga studio is fantastic and the reality is it's the most reasonably priced. it has a large variety of classes to choose from, and I almost always see at least one instructor in the class I'm taking (read: the instructors don't just stand there and tell you what to do, they practice what they preach). for students the price is only like $9 a class, pretty unheard of in this area, esp for a place with this high of quality

How many times have you been told to "stand up straight"? Well, after taking the free Balance class on how to sit in balance, you will realize that you didn't even know what "straight" means! This place offers yoga, seminars on subjects like gardening in balance, and a "fundamentals of balance" class that will change the way you rest and move. I've been going there for two months now and can already see improvements.
