If you happen to be in the unfortunate situation of having a damaged or cracked windshield, it helps a whole lot if you have got a good insurance company that will foot the whole bill. It is a pretty small expense for them. AA William's can replace your whole windshield for free, providing that you have insurance. They do good work and are pretty good about returning calls promptly.

You hear about how most shops try to scam you on things and so you try to be very careful where you bring your car. One day after coming back from a long drive I noticed there was something wrong with my transmission. I first took it to a BIG name chain transmission shop but you hear all these horror stories so as soon as I heard what I needed to hear I was like I out of here. I use to always see this shop on San Antonio Rd. so I said heck I'll try them out. It' s a descent looking shop I thought but boy was I blown away by the customer service from this guy. Eddie the owner was a very knowledgable guy. He was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. You an tell he wasn't trying to hussle an extra dollar here and there. He told me what NEEDED to be fixed and what REALLY didn't need to be fixed. I was impressed. Finally a repair shop I can trust. Makes it even better that they do all around work. So from now on I'm a customer for life. Sometimes it may take a day ot two longer then expected but definetly reliable work and worth the wait.

We were lucky enough to have a 50,000 service warranty on our Audi, so all our routine maintenance was handled by Carlsen. They do a great job. Their service advisors are conscientious, their equipment is obviously state of the art, and they even wash your car for you! Their shuttle will pick drop you off or pick you up within a certain radius. The only drawback for me was that the warranty expired and we were faced with paying dealer prices. For serious things we'd definitely go back, but for routine maintenance, we'll look for someplace cheaper.

Carlsen Volvo is a bit hidden but worth the find. Its very low key and has a relaxed staff and are easy to work with. They have frequent specials on the web site and have a great team in parts and service. I highly recommend them. My son likes the Legos they have in the children's play room! now that is a great set up!

My husband and I love Volvo's, and have had our most recent one serviced here for the last 5 plus years. Dan is our service manager, and he really goes the extra mile. We have an older 240 wagon, which we love, and they have been great at problem solving when parts were no longer available (wire harness).They have always been courteous, timely and thorough.
