A wonderful place to visit if you're a tourist or a local here in the COachella Valley. The tramway is probably one of the best known and famous for it's lift that takes you from the bottom portion of the mountain to the mountain top where you can enjoy a view of the desert. If you're ever down in Palm Springs this is a must see. Whenever people come to visit the Aerial Tramway is by default the place to take visitors. Go to the top to see the view, enjoy the wilderness, or have a great dinner at their wonderful restaurant. A great tourist attraction site. The ticket price is no more than 21 dollars for adults and less for children, but WELL worth the price. Half of the fun is going on the lift that rotates. And when you get to the top there's a great scene to be seen.

The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a must-see for any visitor to the Coachella Valley. Even though at holidays the wait in line can be long, the large tram then wisks you up the mountain with spectacular views across the valley and over the surrounding mountains. It's fabulous to go at Christmastime, and we make it a family adventure. You start out in shorts at home, put on your jeans and warm jacket before jumping aboard the tram, and end up in snowball fights atop the mountain! What a great experience! Don't miss it!
