Nicks is by far the most popular local & tourist hangout in town; and for a very good reason. The Pulses: •Nick Gust (quite the charmer) •Incredible Ocean Views (waves have been known to crash against the windows) •Great “Old School” Waitresses •Wide Selection of Good Food •Excellent complimentary Garlic Bread •Live Bands on the Weekend, with a packed Dance Floor •Friendly Bartenders who know how to pour a drink •Nice Banquet rooms that always overflow into the bar/dance floor The Minuses: •Dining Room always packed •The Senior Host should really brush-up on his people skills; it’s really not that hard to be somewhat pleasant is it? •Crab Sandwich contains a small amount of nice sweet crab but the Sourdough Bread overwhelms the sandwich. •Seems to be a surcharge for the view since the prices are very high for the good, but not “great” food. A visit to Nick's is a "must' when visiting Pacifica, especially for the weekend entertainment.

This is a wonderful family owned restaurat located right by the ocean. The only thing that seperates you from the restaurant and the water is their parking lot. Food is great and if you like crab, try their crab sandwiches. I can never finish a whole one myself and usually share or bring home half my food. Steaks are also a good sized portion and if you have the chance to try the coconut prawns, it's also another plus. The local Lions club also meets there on Tues. evenings, so if you're a Lion, stop by for a visit.

Nick's is a Pacifica tradition, and has been for over 75 years. I've worked there as a bus boy while I have been home from college over the past few summers, and I would recommend Nick's to anyone. The seafood is fresh, and the famous Crab Sandwiches are unbeatable. Go on a Fri or Sat night and enjoy a live jazz band and a lively dance floor. The full service bar with big screen TV is a great place to catch a big game, and there are banquet rooms free of charge for large parties. Sunsets there are also unbeatable, as this restaurant is right on the beach.
