The Frame-Up will frame an item up nicely but the customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. And, because they are located on the historic Square, they have prices that are crazy for a frame job. Go off the Square and get it done a LOT cheaper.

This store always has the same things, day after day, year after year. Not only that, it is junky. They always have things thrown about and stuff all on the sidewalk making it look plain trashy. It is hard to get about in and the customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this store to ANYONE.

Super friendly people work here. I discovered it while out driving around when i saw this Cute store, I have had several items framed here since moving to Oxford and they do great work. Lots of great gift ideas can be found here as well. Any of the sales people are willing and happy to help.

Tons of antiques. Crowded so be prepared to walk sideways down aisles! They have so much stuff, you don't know where to start looking first. You may not buy something the first time, but you probably will the next time. There was this antique floor lamp I wished I had brought. Left the store and went back a couple days later to buy it and it was already sold. I still think about that wonderful bargain that got away!

I've never been into Sneed's when I wasn't helped properly and fully. I've always been shown exactly what I needed and the clerks spent plenty of time showing me exactly what I needed to know. It is a bit cluttered but it is a good, hometown hardware store. I definitely recommend it!

I will admit that the best selection is found at the Garden Center. However, that is null and void when you see their prices and experience their customer service. I was scoffed at when I wanted to take something off my bill once, before I even paid! I won't go back even if my flowerbeds have to be bare.
