Captain D's used to be my favorite fast-food restaurant in Oxford. I would drive 5 miles to eat there, and did so on a very regular basis. Their customer service has gone downhill fast over the past 2 years. Their staff is very slow and have messed up my order several times. The last time I ate inside there, my party had to wait quite some time before we received our meals, and at least two other parties just stood up and left because they had been waiting longer than we had. The place is generally pretty clean inside but it is an old facility (10+ years) and is beginning to show its age.

I go here all the time for great gifts. They don't have good customer service but that is (almost) made up for by the ease of finding exactly what you need. They do have a very unique selection and you are bound to find something to please anyone.
