I called the fitness center to inquire about certification classes the first time Jeff put me on hold for about 8 minutes, I called back Jeff answered again and I did not like the way he spoke to me. he was very rude like he didnt have time to talk to me. He acted like I was dumb for asking a few questions. I admit i dont know a lot about the certification classes but I know enough not to have someone like him answer the phone. Cons: if the rest of the staff is like Jeff, they might as well close.

I called the fitness center to inquire about certification classes the first time Jeff put me on hold for about 8 minutes, I called back Jeff answered again and I did not like the way he spoke to me. he was very rude like he didnt have time to talk to me.
