Very long lines to wait in...never more then one person working at the register. It's terrible now that they have the "no more late fees" policy because there are never any movies on the shelves from people keeping them over the 1 week allotted time with no penalty. The managers are just as incompetent as the employees!

The staff is very courteous and welcoming. Every night they have half price drinks with a different theme each night. I recommend Wednesday nights for half-price martinis. Especially the chocolate martini :)

This is a wonderful little bookstore right by my house. The selection is very extensive. They don't have a lot of copies of the books though so check back often. The service is very good and I like that the guy who is usually there knows what he is talking about and almost always can help me find what I am looking for. They also buy gently used books and sell a small section of used books. I highly recommend them.

This location has some really nice movies that you don't find at blockbuster. Their collection of old Disney movies is extensive and pretty affordable. They also carry some posters from kids movies that my children like to use to decorate their rooms. There are also adult movies in the back of the store but I haven't had the nerve to check it out. I do like the wide selection of dramas and action movies. My wife likes the romantic comedies which means nap time for me.

Power gamer is a great store for the DVD addict. They have hundreds of used DVDs which are in brand new condition for a fraction of the price. Not only do they carry DVDs but they also have computer games, gaming consoles (Playstation, Playstation2, PSP, ect.), and other cool gadgets. This is by far and away the best place around to buy DVDs, games, or gaming consoles, even if you are buying them new, thier staff is helpful, and curteous and thier prices are very good.

I really like the selection of interesting Asian things in this store located in the Owings Mills Mall. I bought a bunch of my bridesmaids last year some of the mesh slippers from there and they love them. They have some intricately designed hanging artwork too. The customer service is very nice as well.

Great place to get your dry cleaning done. They have a huge store so they can handle a lot of business, which they do. They also have a full time tailor, like most cleaner stores do. If you are in need of renting a tuxedo they do that also along with shoes. One problem with the store is that they often take 4-5 days to clean anything.

Its a nice store, very very well kept with everything organised in the shelves all the time I am here. They have a very good collection varying as per the season and also have good promotions going on most of the times. Women collection includes tops, basics, sweaters, outerwear, pants, shorts, skirts, dresses and denims and accessories. Mens has tees, denims, shirts, jackets, sweaters, pants, shorts, sweatshirts and tailor made clothers.
