Been to many places in Maryland and by far Yuki Sushi is one the best sushi places that I have ever been. I would recommend this place to anyone. Their Volcane Roll is by far the best one I have ever tried and has many specialty rolls, which I never seen this many roll at other places. Now since they are serving alcohol it even made it better place to enjoy with your sushi. Must try the place out to believe.

Being one of the few restaurants in the Owings Mills area that serves good food (and consistently, at that), I go there once or twice a week usually. I've found the fish and sushi rice are always fresh (something the owner and head chef take great pride in), and the rolls are creative and delicious. If you want something different and fun, try either the Volcano, Naruto, or Tuna Mango rolls. If you have a non-sushi eater dining with you, they have less non-sushi options than larger restaurants (teriyaki type stuff for the most part), but they have reorganized their menu to indicate which rolls contain raw fish and/or veggie-only. A vegetarian co-worker of mine swears by their veggie fried rice.
Great lunch specials. They now have more wait staff during the peak hours, and as of June 2008 have a liquor license pending approval.
As for the review in all caps (?), I really can't say I've had any negative experiences in the 50+ times I've eaten at this restaurant in the past year and a half -- and I'm notoriously picky about sushi after eating at some really great places in San Francisco, L.A. and NYC.
Pros: Great food, Great hours, Competitive lunch prices
Cons: Hard to find from the main road

Pros: Small place, good prices, good date place for quiet chatting, etc.
Cons: they don't serve alcohol, sometimes only one waitress working so the service can be a little slow, but not too bad
