Made our 1901 kitchen look and work like a 2009 kitchen. Handyman On Call (Baltimore/Owings Mills) installed a new stove, new plumbing and electricity for a dishwasher/dryer/washing machine/disposal/vent, and installed all of them too. It looks great and they were very courteous and friendly people. I highly recommend them. They know what they are doing and will put your worries at ease. They were reasonably priced too.

Excel did a wonderful job of replacing the roof. Cleanup of excellent and the roofing was completed in one day. They did have to come back as the workers did not complete the wrapping of the exposed wood but with one call they were there the next day. I felt them to be very honest and sincere and would recommend them to friends and family.

Worth the drive. No nonsense advice. Sells really good vacuums at good prices - and doesn't try to sell you the most expensive. I wish I had come here years ago .
Pros: old time service; helpful advice; I didn't know what I was missing going to big box stores
Cons: not nearby (but worth the drive)

The Mosaic Tile Co. has all kinds of ceramic, glass and stone tiles, not just little mosaics! They recently moved to this huge new showroom and it's just a pleasure to browse among the displays. They have a lot of tile installed so you can get an idea of what various types look like in place.
Their service is really wonderful, very personal and friendly but always quick. They know what they have and what they can get and they don't waste your time looking randomly through catalogs trying to find stuff.
I ordered two kinds of tile, one with a lot of odd trim pieces, and all of it came within a week or so and was packed well. I plan to go back when we are ready to do more tiling.

The office chairs also provided by them are unique especially the one which I bought was Freedom task Chair with headrest. It was good support for your whole body

I had to get new windows for all of my twenty plus windows in the house; this is the place that I went to. I researched many companies and I liked what this company had to offer. They were pretty quick. Although, from the time the estimate was given it took a couple of months. They changed the windows in a couple of days. They guaranteed the windows and came back to install one of them again, when we noticed it wasn’t installed properly.
