It is quite obvious that the folks from Mr. Handyman have written the 5 star reviews. Alan D.? That is the owner. Clarence D? A name like that and he writes a review to sound Asian. By the way, that review is offensive and insulting to Asians. Other "clients" sound like commercials. Nothing specific about the work they supposedly had done. Some of us can spot a fake and if you have to fake your reviews then you are not trustworthy enough to get people's business. more

Good: They managed to use a hammer correctly (as far as I can see).. Bad: Dishonest business practice. Improvements: More honesty with price quotes at a minimum.. Other: I needed a piece of siding placed back near my roof. I knew I would pay a premium for the ladder work and this would be reflected in the 156 per hour quote I received. When the tech arrived, they did not bring the "correct ladder" and proceeded to charge me an additional fee for waiting around versus the 5 min. of nailing the siding back on the house. The business appears as a typical bait and switch where they charge lower than other places per hour and then make it up with pretend fees. Stay far away. more

You have to love this company when we call, they respond. We get our list and give it to the technician. He does it better and faster than estimated by any other contractor. Service was okay, gentleman I spoke with on the phone ken wanted to rush me off the phone and was just not friendly. From the things I got done in my home there was a huge mark up on every item purchased from home depot. 25 to 50 percent markup. Will not use again, I don't like to be ripped off. more

We've used others in the past and Alan came to our home in Bel Air and completed all my chores timely and as stated in their time and materials contract. Wonderful to work with.
