24 hour fitness has a variety of classes for cardio and resistance training. The instructors are friendly and helpful. I attend cycle classes regularly and the instrutors make a point of knowing the names of the participants. They also offer a full range of weights, a pool, trainers, and spa type services. The pricing is competitive. They have frequent specials and many different types of memberships. Kids club is mainly appropriate for early elementary and younger.

This club is just a year or so old, so everything is nice and clean and new. The classes are decent and are never over-crowded (except spinning classes, you have to sign up the previous day). The free weights area is pretty small and cramped, only 5-7 people can work out comfortably in that area. Decent selection of cardio machines, but there aren't too many of each kind. No pool or sauna like some other 24 Hour locations. The staff is friendly but don't expect too much from the personal trainers. Mine gave me a good workout program but never followed up with me and wasn't entirely motivating. Overall I would say my experience at this 24 Hour Fitness has been average compared to all the other clubs I've belonged to.
Pros: New, Clean, open 24 hours
Cons: Sales people are extremely pushy, small club with no extras

The store is very well organized and clean and has a wide selection of asian stuff not limited to chinese food. Usually we can get some fresh veggie on Saturday morning and they also sell some fresh seafood but i never try it before. I think this is the best you can get in overland park

These people are great! Give them a call and you can get same day delivery on balloon bouquets. I surprised my husband at the firestation with a balloon bouquet on his 30th B-Day. I called early in the morning and he had his arrangement by 3:00 the same day. I told them what I wanted and they came through for me. Very happy with this business.....

Mike was extremely courteous, on time, efficient, and clean. We had a Cape Cod that was at best difficult to get into all of the nooks and crannies. A+ was the best. Mike provided a bid immediately and within 3 days we were done!
Pros: On time, quick, clean, polite, friendly, a pleasure to work with
