I have been going to my stylist for a couple of years, and when she left I followed her to her new salon. I had to bring my children. As soon as I walked in the door I could tell this was going to be a problem I asked the receptionist if she would prefer me to reschedule the appointment, and she said no. Needless to say it went downhill from there. I love my stylist, but am sorry to say that I will never go there again. This salon needs to realize that they are in a strip mall next to a japanese restaurant and a resale shop.
Pros: There are none
Cons: Customer service is horrible

I have had my insurance through BVIA for several years. They are independent so they represent several different companies which allows them to provide cheap rates. The staff is top notch and is always able to answer any questions I have. I use Tim Obringer who is the owner and he's outstanding.
