Meineke is not awful. When someone neglects routine maintenance it is not the shop's fault when their car needs major repairs. Meineke does everything they can to see that their customers are treated honestly and fairly. Meineke has a BBB rating of A-.

Good: Quick Service. Bad: The lies and disrespect.. Improvements: A new business.. Other: Scott and Anthony play good cop bad cop. They are cousins and co-owners of this BBB rated C- company. Scott told me a caliper was bad and would call me back. Anthony told me a rotor was bad, not the caliper, and the job could run as much as $1000!!! I told them to put the wheels back on and park it. They said they would and that all the inspections were visual and they only took off the wheels. The brakes were grinding when I took it in. The next morning they were locked up. Anthony told me to call a lawyer.
