My friends took me to Jack Stack for my birthday. We sat at the bar.. the bartender that waited on us was very personable and knowledgeable of the menu. I had the rack of lamb, and it was perfect. The cheesy-corn bake was to very good, and I finished the meal with a scrupteous piece of pie. All in all a great dining experience. They also had a refreshing assortment of beer/ale on their list."

This is the sort of KC-style BBQ that you want to eat and eat and eat! Thick, juicy pieces of BBQ with all kinds of sauce choices, amazing side dishes, and even dessert! I recommend the cheesy corn bake and the baked beans for side dishes. The corn has smoked ham bits mixed w/ several types of cheese - don't eat this if you are dieting! And the beans are chock full of burnt end bits, oh so good! The burnt ends can be ordered as a main dish or in a sandwich, and are a specialty here. This location is very family friendly, and large groups meet here for drinks and dinner during the week.
