The atmosphere and service are both great. If only the food were good... I've had breakfast there, which wasn't bad but wasn't good either. As for dinner, I tried the chicken tenders appetizer and the slow roasted turkey dinner. In both cases, I've had frozen dinners with more flavor and better texture. Fries were below average, too; reminiscent of Burger King actually. I'm not usually a hard person to please, but I was surprised by the positive reviews with regard to food. The only thing I can think is if you have a relative who complains that everything is too spicy, maybe this would be the place to take them. "Home-cooked" seems to be synonymous with bland and mediocre in this instance. Pros: Atmosphere, Service Cons: Food

This is a great place. Everything I've had has been good, and as I understand everything is made from scratch. That is hard to find (esp. at a "chain restaurant") these days.

Wow. I was so impressed with this restaurant! They brought a high chair without us asking for it, a bib, and cheerios for our toddler to eat before the "real" food came. They also had an excellent kid's menu with some healthy choices, including fruit. I also think they have a varied menu for adults. My favorites are the Quiche and the Chicken Cordon Bleu. There muffins are a bit large, but they are delicious too.
