I have been going to Dr. Martinez for my basic dentistry care for 4 years now. The stuff are friendly and they also used the latest technology for the ex ray. I have done at least 2 filling from Dr. Martinez, the result are wonderful and i can't even notice the different between the real teeth or filling.

My favorite Organic and natural health food store in the area. Although their produce is a bit pricey compare to regular groceries store but I think it is worth it. The food are fresh, clean and nicely display. The store are clean and the employee are friendly. They have a bakery, fresh meat section, a large variety of cheeses. The have pretty much anything you need to fit your healthy lifestyle including natural beauty products and hair dyes.

I really like the ophthalmologists at Heart of America Eye Care, especially Dr. Carter. They have always provided excellent eye care. The only issue I have found is in trying to purchase eyewear from Heart of America. The staff are not very well trained in dealing with insurance issues and tend to get confused easily. This makes the process long and cumbersome for special orders.

Recently on one of my routine visits to my dentist, Dr. Edward M. Amet a prosthodontist, made a suggestion that I should visit my physician and request an evaluation for the disease Polycythemia Vera. For the last several years there had been an ongoing change in my physical appearance and how I was feeling. Since the recognition and correcting of the problem by my physician, who had not observed it, I feel much better and my chances of suffering a fatal heart attack or stroke have been dramatically decreased.
Also more that 25 years ago he did my full mouth reconstruction and nothing has changed, yet up until that time I had many problems
He still has the same two assistants/Office staff since 1984

As I have gotten older, I am finding that I feel better seeing an Opthamologist rather than an Optometrist ... there is a staff at KC Eye Clinic that is phenomenal to work with.
My daughter had an eye accident when she was very young, and one of the doctors from this group was called upon to do the emergency surgery. That was the first exposure we had to the clinic. Her doctor was incredible ... caring and gentle.
Several years later, I had a situation where my eyelid stuck to my eyeball as I slept and it scraped my cornea. I ended up back at the KC Eye Clinic, and got that fixed.
Now my husband and I both go here for all of our vision needs ... they are awesome!

Words can not express how wonderful this place is. Let me just begin by saying that I have gone to Cherokee with my childhood animals and they were wonderful back then. I can remember my cocker spaniel dying of old age. As it was the weekend we took it to the Pet Hospital to put him done. That following Monday, Cherokee called my family to tell us how sorry we were for our loss. Now, as an adult I am responsible for my own pet and there is no other place I would rather be. My dog is diabetic and right after I bought my first place, my dog began to get sick so I rushed him to Cherokee. They took such good care of him and were able to figure it quickly. They put him on a different med and he is doing so much better. The Vet was concerned with how he was feeling that he would call me the weeks to follow to check up. They are truly wonderful people and provide a great service.

I've been a patient of Quivira Family Care since I moved back to the Kansas City area and I've been very pleased with my care there and I highly recommend Dr. Greenwood to anyone. When I call to get an appointment, the receptionist is always friendly and she tries to work with my schedule. When I walk in, I get in to see the doctor very quickly. Dr. Greenwood is the only doctor there but they a NP who is just as great as the doc. The nurses are great too and they don't hurt when they take blood so you gotta love them for that!
