The doctor's and nurses at Pediatric Care Specialists are so nice and caring. If you call in with a question, a phone nurse will call you back quickly. Dr Carolyn Davis is the doctor who has seen my two kids since birth and she does a wonderful and thorough job at each appointment. Her nurse Besty is just as wonderful.
We've had the opportunity to see a couple of other doctor's at the practice and I've liked each one.
What I like best about the practice is that they have a well waiting room and a sick waiting room. That's a great feature!

I LOVE this Orthodontist! I have 4 children I have taken to him. The doctor is fun & outgoing & they go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable with Dr. Hechler by giving you a complete history of him when you first contact them in their welcome letter. Dr Hechler makes sure he is hands on with every single patient with every visit rather than letting someone else handle the patients so he makes sure to know each patient. Aside from 1 or 2 people there, the rest of his staff is friendly & will do anything for you to accommodate you. For the kids they have 2 different game systems as well as Guitar Hero & an in office movie theater! They make coffee in the morning & cookies in the afternoon & even provide laptops to the parents when requested. I love this office.

I have been to many dentist, and Dr. Zahary is the best! She is very intelligent, thorough and personable. Her dental assistance and staff are great too! Also Dr. Smiley is exceptional. Between the both of them they have helped me to improved all of my teeth. My teeth are getting better and better, even though I am getting older! She only does what is necessary to keep your teeth healthy. After many bad experiences, I have come to trust Dr. Zahary. I have been with her now for 4.5 years.

Oxford Animal Hospital is a little bit pricy, but you still get wwhat you want. Oxford Animal Hospital does cleaning, grooming, and everything! They keep dogs when you go away on vacation, too. The people are very friendly, too. They know almost all of the people by name right away.

we have taken both of our daughters to this office since they were born. the office and staff are very welcoming. nice waiting area with lots of books and toys. sometimes longer waiting times because they have lots of patients. But when either of my daughters were really sick we have never had a problem of getting an inbetween appointment or have never been turned away when we just showed up without appointment.
The doctor is great too. She really takes her time to talk to the kids and examine them carefully. I totally trust this doctor and would recommend her practice to everyone.

Husband and wife. The funny thing is my husband ended up going to Dr. Jay after I was already seeing "Mrs. Jay". They are both excellent doctors. I liked the fact that they were so personable and had a great deal of knowledge regarding nutrition for the eyes as well as just general overall health. Up to date on all exams and now do eye mapping and macular degeneration testing as well as pigmentation testing.....important for fair skinned red heads like me. Cannot say enough good things about the practice. Unfortunately we had to move to STL. So we really miss our eye doctors!

I needed to have an MRI done and was referred to Johnson County Imaging Center. They were very professional and made you feel at ease during the procedure. I was in a car accident and suffered a minor concussion. The only problem that I had with them was that they couldn't find a vein so they had to go in through my foot. OUCH! They had the report to my Dr. within 3 days. Recommend them for any imaging needs.

Although the optometrist and ophthalmologist at Heart of America Eye care are highly recommended and top rated throughout the KC area, their receptionist are not. They exhibit extremely poor professionalism by speaking rudely to patients on the phone. They have made inappropriate comments regarding a patient who appeared from the conversation to have difficult paying their bills while in the presence of other customers in the waiting room. The are rude, continuously interrupting patients and attempt to complete their sentences. Even though the doctors are great and their primary concerns DO NOT include selling you glasses, contacts or even tests you don’t really need, the receptionist makes you think twice about returning.
