I have been going to Nagel's for a few years. They are always busy - which is a good sign. They are polite, and always explain what is happening. I feel that their charges are reasonable and they stand by their work. I highly recommend their service to anyone who has problems with their car.

This dealership has great customer service. I have had problems with a Mercedes before that they had sold to my family. I took it up there and they handed me the keys to a loner immediately to get me back to what I was doing. After they fixed the car, they gave me a call, came out to me and dropped off my car while they picked theirs up. They have always been extremely courteous. I don't think that the Honda dealership across the street would do the same. A good choice.
