I was here just the other day and as a review above stated I did have to wait on a table. The restaurant was pretty busy and we almost settled for sitting outside. Once seated we were treated to free chips and salsa as we ordered our food. When the food came to the table we were all happy with our selections and not one person complained about their food. Mine was good, nothing to be ecstatic about, but at the same time nothing to complain about. It was familiar Mexican food. The atmosphere is a little noisy, but not over bearing. Service was prompt and patient. Overall it was a good experience.

The is a local chain of restaurants & I have eaten in 3 of them. The food is very good in all, service is great also. However, be prepared to wait to be seated. The Amigos location here, is a new location & is very noisy. Food servings are generous in size & I have not tried anything on the menu that I was unhappy with. This is true Tex Mex style food.

If you are ever in the Waterford Lakes area, go to Amigos. They have excellent food. One of our favorite things to do is order the Guacamole for an appetizer. They come with all the ingredients and make the guacamole right at your table. It costs about $8.00 but well worth it. Because there is a lot of guacamole my husband and I split an entree. I also love their fajitas and you can't go wrong when you order any of their quesadillas.
