DISNEY'S ALL STAR MOVIES RESORT 12/10/2006

My family and I stayed at this resort on our third visit to Disney. It is one of the cheapest resorts on the Disney property to stay. It is not quite a glamorous as the others but it is nice and clean. The children also seemed to enjoy the pool and characters outside the buildings though. They have a store and a food court area. We got a frig in our room so that we could keep some items to eat there. They changed the linens every day and tidied the room up. They had a washer and dryer available for a small fee. They Disney bus also serviced this resort. There was plenty of parking also. more

My Grandson's favorite Place to Stay!!! 5/6/2006

My daughter and son-in-law took my precious grandchildren here and the kids were just thrilled. My daughter was pleased with the inexpensive stay and Bailey (my grandson) was delighted with the Buzz Lightyear Room. So close to Walt Disney World without spending outrageous prices just to lay down your head at night. Noted for the character rooms and geared towards the children. more

This was a great value resort! 4/15/2006

I was really happy with the All Star Movies Resort. Yes, the rooms aren't that big, but you're at Disney, you won't be in the room except to sleep anyway! It was more then big enough for 2 of us, and the bed was comfortable. We were thrilled that within a short walk we were at the bus stop, and could get anywhere on Disney property within a short time. I love the way the resort is decorated; even the little things are taken care of to make sure you have a great stay. I will definitely stay here the next time we go to Disney! more

Another cheap hotel 4/15/2006

This is another cheaper hotel done by Disney. This one is one of the closer cheaper ones but still way off from any of there theme parks so you must ride the bus, and I have to admit those drives are scary. This hotel really look like a motel and kinda cheesy looking. This really is for the family who wants a cheap vacation with the kiddies. The rooms are small and it just doesn't feel like Disney there at all. Its way too packed and I just don't think many adult can enjoy themeselves there but it is great for small children. Older children would enjoy one of the better hotels that are 10 times nicer than this one. more

For Kids of All Ages 4/7/2006

We recently stayed at this resort when visiting Disney and while it was one of their lower end hotels, it was fine for what we needed. The rooms are small and a little outdated but you don't go to Disney World to spend time in the hotel room. Our kids love Toy Story and we requested to stay in the Toy Story "wing". It was the most incredible experience for them. The hotel is separated by movie theme and each courtyard had larger than life characters from a specific movie. The kids loved the 70 foot Buzz Light Year, 50 foot Woody Doll and 3-story bucket of soldiers. Let's just say, us adults were pretty jazzed too. more

Great For Kids 3/26/2006

All Star Movie resort is the only Disney Reosrt that has a truly Disney theme. It is so much fun to walk to the food court and pass familiar Disney characters- it helps to get into the Disney magic. This is a fun place to stay. Unfortunately, kids might be having too much fun as it is also very noisy (the walls are thin and school groups often stay here!) Also, the rooms are small- four people for a week can be cramped. That being said, it is still magical and a great value. more
